NVF Experts at the Meeting of the Adult Learning Working Group

On September 4, 2025, representatives of the National Training Fund took part in the regular meeting of the Adult Learning Working Group within the framework of the European Agenda for Adult Learning (EAAL), organized by the National Pedagogical Institute (NPI).

The program of the meeting covered a wide range of current issues in adult education. Key contributions included:

  • a presentation by NPI on the results of the PIAAC survey,
  • an input from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs on support measures for adult learning (including individual learning plans and requalification schemes),
  • a discussion led by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports on proposed solutions for the micro-credentials ecosystem.

In addition to expert presentations, the meeting also provided space for sharing experiences and discussion among organizations engaged in the development and support of lifelong learning in the Czech Republic.

The participation of NVF in this platform enables us to follow current trends in adult education and contribute to the professional debate on its future direction.
